About the property ...
This amazing penthouse apartment is in the prime building of this exclusive complex, which overlooks gardens, the Marquisats swimming complex and Lake Annecy itself - there's always something to watch from the fabulous terrace.
The accommodation is built in a square, around the central lift. At the front of the apartment is the spectacular living area, which makes the most of the views from the large picture window. There are several cosy seating areas, one with a fireplace and another around the television, a dining area and a stylish well-equipped kitchen. Doors open on to the huge terrace where you can enjoy an apero or a meal while watching the activity on the lake, or simply soak up some rays on the sunbeds.
There are three bedrooms - two of the three bedrooms have a double bed (one of which can be arranged as a twin), an en-suite shower room and a sofa bed which can be used as a single bed on request. The third bedroom has twin beds. The separate shower room has a steam room with glass door. There is also a separate toilet.
Two private garages are available to guests. There is also separate secure storage here for bikes, buggies, skis, golf clubs, suitcases and other outdoor equipment.
The property is fully air-conditioned in the summer, so you'll always have a cool place to return to.
About the area ...
The Tresorium is perfectly located near Lake Annecy.
Swim at one of the lake's beaches, try one or more water sports such as water skiing, paddle boarding or kayaking. Take the green cycle route “Voie verte” which runs along almost the entire length of the lake. Walkers can also choose from a range of trails in and around the town. Hire a boat and stop for lunch at one of the many restaurants along the shore.
Want to get out into nature? Head to the Col de La Forclaz to enjoy a paragliding flight over Lake Annecy. The resorts of La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand and Manigod are ideal for climbing, mountain biking and hiking. Golf enthusiasts can go to the Golf Club du Lac d'Annecy in Talloires or the Golf de Giez, while history lovers can visit the beautiful castle of Menthon-Saint-Bernard, less than 20 minutes away.
You are only a 40 minute drive from Le Grand-Bornand and La Clusaz, where 220km of varied slopes lie at your feet, with plenty of challenging skiing for all ages. There is also a wide range of cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails, notably on the superb Beauregard plateau. The small resort of Semnoz is only 30 minutes from the penthouse apartment.
Geneva airport is 45 minutes away and Annecy is connected by TGV train. The Tresorium is an excellent choice for a short stay, business trip or long holiday.

Le Tresorium is a unique penthouse apartment for eight guests, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, just a short walk from the centre of the medieval town of Annecy.
This exciting luxury property with amazing views of Lake Annecy and the mountains beyond is a real find, and will particularly appeal to those who appreciate modern architecture. Larger apartments with high end facilities are rare in Annecy - and having two private garages on site is a real bonus.
The interior has been designed to reflect the striking modern exterior, but the owners have thoughtfully installed a suspended ceiling in the main living area to create a snug and cosy feel, and a sound specialist was brought in to ensure that noise doesn't echo around the large space.
The spacious furnished terrace is perfect for soaking up the sun and the views of the Marquisats pool and the lake. It's not overlooked, so your privacy is assured.
When you stay at Le Tresorium, there is so much to explore on your doorstep - lakeside walks and beaches, Tour de France cycling routes, golf, water sports, unusual shops and canalside restaurants. There is skiing at Semnoz, 30 minutes away, and at La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand.

We were blown away by the space and the exceptional view from this penthouse apartment
We come from this area, and were looking for a future home - a large property with an easy walk to the town centre, the lake and of course, with a great view!
One fine day in 1997, we discovered the AVANT-SCENE apartment development, which ticked all our boxes. We fell in love with the bold buildings designed by the well-known architect, Christian De Portzamparc, right in the middle of a lush green park.
We were blown away by the space and the exceptional view from this 200m2 penthouse. We commissioned the architecture company L'Atelier Giguet, from Annecy, to design and complete the development of this magnificent apartment - the idea was to reflect the same aesthetics reflected in the iconic roof of the building.
Our project, which was a long time in the planning, aimed to create large living spaces with a high level of comfort. We used our know-how, our passion and our energy to create a property which we hope will impress you.
In line with our ecological beliefs, we equipped the garage with a charging station for an electric car. For those who love the outdoors, we set up an "omnisports" equipment room, with everything designed for golfers, skiers and cyclists.
Finally, for those who just want to relax, we invite you to get together on the terrace overlooking the lake.
