The bus to the ski station of Semnoz stops nearby, and buses run regularly to the resorts of La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand from the bus station in the town.
In the summer, there are beautiful walks and cycle trails around the lake, a choice of superb golf courses and, of course, watersports and cruises around the lakeside beaches and villages.

About the property ...
This amazing penthouse apartment is in the prime building of this exclusive complex, which overlooks gardens, the Marquisats swimming complex and Lake Annecy itself - there's always something to watch from the fabulous terrace.
The accommodation is built in a square, around the central lift. At the front of the apartment is the spectacular living area, which makes the most of the views from the large picture window. There are several cosy seating areas, one with a fireplace and another around the television, a dining area and a stylish well-equipped kitchen. Doors open on to the huge terrace where you can enjoy an apero or a meal while watching the activity on the lake, or simply soak up some rays on the sunbeds.
There are three bedrooms - two are en suite and have a double bed (which can be arranged as two twins) and a single, and the third has two twin beds. The separate shower room also has a steam room with a glass door and a view of the chateau - surely the height of decadence! There's also a separate WC.
One of the two garages available to guests has an electric car charger. There is also separate secure storage here for bikes, buggies, skis, golf clubs and other outdoor equipment. The owners will provide two electric bikes, which are perfect for quick trips into town or a relaxing lakeside cycle.
The property is fully air-conditioned in the summer, so you'll always have a cool place to return to.
About the area ...
Le Tresorium is perfectly located for families or friends who wish to spend some time skiing in the superb Aravis stations of La Clusaz, Manigod and Le Grand Bornand but also wish to explore the surrounding area.
It’s a 40-minute drive to Le Grand Bornand and La Clusaz , where you will have a choice of 220km of pistes offering plenty of challenge for all ages and abilities. There are also plenty of cross-country skiing trails and snow-shoeing options, particularly on the stunning Plateau de Beauregard. The smaller resort of Semnoz is just 30 minutes from the apartment.
Wherever you decide to spend the day, a day on the slopes followed by apres-ski at a bar on the Venetian-style canals of Annecy is something you won’t find anywhere else!
In the summer, you can swim from the stunning lakeside beaches, or try watersports such as water-skiing, kayaking, or stand-up paddleboarding. A cycle path runs almost all of the way around the lake there are plenty of options for hiking in Annecy, or you could hire a boat and visit one of the many waterside restaurants.
For a change of scene, head for the mountains. There’s a huge range of activities to be found in La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand and Manigod (climbing, hiking, mountain-biking and paragliding to name just a few). There are several superb golf courses nearby, such as the Golf Club du Lac d’Annecy in Talloires, and the stunning Chateau de Menthon-Saint-Bernard, less than 20 minutes' drive away, is worth a visit.
Geneva airport is 45 minutes away, and Annecy is served by the TGV, making Le Tresorium a great choice for short breaks, business meetings or longer holidays.

Le Tresorium is a unique penthouse apartment for eight guests, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, just a short walk from the centre of the medieval town of Annecy.
This exciting luxury property with amazing views of Lake Annecy and the mountains beyond is a real find, and will particularly appeal to those who appreciate modern architecture. Larger apartments with high end facilities are rare in Annecy - and having two private garages on site is a real bonus.
The interior has been designed to reflect the striking modern exterior, but the owners have thoughtfully installed a suspended ceiling in the main living area to create a snug and cosy feel, and a sound specialist was brought in to ensure that noise doesn't echo around the large space.
The spacious furnished terrace is perfect for soaking up the sun and the views of the Marquisats pool and the lake, and there are plans to add a summer kitchen. It's not overlooked, so your privacy is assured.
When you stay at Le Tresorium, there is so much to explore on your doorstep - lakeside walks and beaches, Tour de France cycling routes, golf, water sports, unusual shops and canalside restaurants. There is skiing at Semnoz, 30 minutes away, and at La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand.

We were blown away by the space and the exceptional view from this penthouse apartment
We come from this area, and were looking for a future home - a large property with an easy walk to the town centre, the lake and of course, with a great view!
One fine day in 1997, we discovered the AVANT-SCENE apartment development, which ticked all our boxes. We fell in love with the bold buildings designed by the well-known architect, Christian De Portzamparc, right in the middle of a lush green park.
We were blown away by the space and the exceptional view from this 200m2 penthouse. We commissioned the architecture company L'Atelier Giguet, from Annecy, to design and complete the development of this magnificent apartment - the idea was to reflect the same aesthetics reflected in the iconic roof of the building.
Our project, which was a long time in the planning, aimed to create large living spaces with a high level of comfort. We used our know-how, our passion and our energy to create a property which we hope will impress you.
In line with our ecological beliefs, we equipped the garage with a charging station for an electric car. For those who love the outdoors, we set up an "omnisports" equipment room, with everything designed for golfers, skiers and cyclists.
Finally, for those who just want to relax, we invite you to get together on the terrace overlooking the lake.
